You'll own the technical direction of our frontend platform, defining architecture and building foundational systems. Your core impact is enabling the engineering team to ship faster and more reliably. This role stands out for its high leverage and influence at an early-stage company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and evolve frontend architecture for the platform.
• Build core systems: component libraries, shared abstractions, performance infrastructure.
• Own document editor experience including real-time collaboration and conflict resolution.
• Improve frontend build, deployment, and observability tooling.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years professional software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, and the modern web platform.
• Experience building complex, interactive applications (e.g., rich text editors, real-time collaboration).
• Expertise integrating AI-powered development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) into workflow.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated domains (healthcare, finance, legal).
• Contributions to open-source projects or frontend infrastructure tools.
• Experience with WebSocket-based real-time systems, CRDTs, or operational transforms.
