You'll lead scalable data engineering efforts that empower cross-functional teams with reliable, timely, and actionable data. You'll own the ingestion, modeling, and transformation of structured and unstructured data to support reporting and analysis across all business units. This role offers the chance to shape Launch Potato's data team by mentoring peers and fostering a high-performance culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and optimize scalable ETL and data lake processes
• Own ingestion, modeling, and transformation of data
• Partner with BI and Analytics to deliver query-ready datasets
• Maintain database monitoring and anomaly detection workflows

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of data engineering in cloud-native environments
• Deep expertise in Python, SQL, Docker, and AWS
• Experience building scalable ETL pipelines and data lake infrastructure
• Familiarity with distributed systems and Spark

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Looker dashboards
• Mentoring or team leadership experience
• Cross-functional collaboration skills with BI and analytics teams
