You'll build the talent pipeline by attracting exceptional engineering, manufacturing, and technical students nationwide. You serve as candidates' first encounter with SpaceX, representing the company with professionalism and enthusiasm. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers while demonstrating autonomy and initiative in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work with intern candidates and hiring managers to convert to full-time roles
• Plan and attend university outreach events for top universities
• Screen candidates who apply to requisitions
• Source passive candidates through non-standard methods
• Discuss screened candidates and recommend top candidates for interviews

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years; or 3+ years professional experience
• Ability to work onsite in Bastrop, TX
• Willing to travel 30% of the time
• Available for extended hours and weekends as needed
