Description

You will lead and manage end-to-end bid and proposal activities in the telecom sector, coordinating cross-functional teams to develop winning commercial and technical proposals. You'll ensure compliance with customer and internal requirements while delivering high-quality bids on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • 5+ years bid management or proposal management in telecom
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications solutions and services
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder bids
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Strong commercial and financial understanding (pricing, margin, risk)

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end bid lifecycle from opportunity qualification to contract award
  • Lead bid strategy development including win themes, pricing, and risk assessment
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Operations)
  • Develop RFP/RFQ/RFI responses for telecoms solutions (network, managed services, OSS/BSS, 5G, fiber, IoT)
  • Manage bid budgets, approvals, governance, and internal/external reviews
