Description
You will lead and manage end-to-end bid and proposal activities in the telecom sector, coordinating cross-functional teams to develop winning commercial and technical proposals. You'll ensure compliance with customer and internal requirements while delivering high-quality bids on time and within budget.
Requirements
- 5+ years bid management or proposal management in telecom
- Strong understanding of telecommunications solutions and services
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder bids
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Strong commercial and financial understanding (pricing, margin, risk)
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end bid lifecycle from opportunity qualification to contract award
- Lead bid strategy development including win themes, pricing, and risk assessment
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Operations)
- Develop RFP/RFQ/RFI responses for telecoms solutions (network, managed services, OSS/BSS, 5G, fiber, IoT)
- Manage bid budgets, approvals, governance, and internal/external reviews
