💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end lifecycle for internship and early career programs globally. You'll design and manage internship conversion and rotation programs, collaborating with hiring managers, L&D, and HRBPs. This role offers the chance to build programs from inception and shape the future of early career talent at a mobility innovator.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead global internship program design, operations, and improvement.
• Manage intern-to-full-time conversion process and KPIs.
• Develop diverse candidate pipelines via university partnerships and events.
• Design onboarding, evaluation, and feedback frameworks for interns.
• Operate early career rotation program selection and support.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience, including 3+ years in program management roles.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Proven stakeholder influence skills with university partners and leadership.
• Full professional proficiency in both Japanese and English.
