Description

You will play a critical role within the fast-paced advertising sales team at Billboard, liaising with clients and internal departments to plan and coordinate digital and print media buys. You'll participate in the full sales process from creating media plans to analyzing performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years digital planning or account management experience at a digital publisher or agency
  • High proficiency in Excel, Keynote, PowerPoint
  • Expertise in media math
  • Proficient in planning across digital, social, and branded content
  • Excellent communication skills and high aptitude for managing expectations

Responsibilities

  • Create media plans, spec sheets, and screenshot decks for campaign RFPs
  • Attend campaign brainstorms and analyze proposals to generate client-aligned ideas
  • Maintain knowledge of Billboard products, pricing, and packaging for building plans
  • Build campaign performance reports using third-party server and site direct data
  • Enter campaign data into Salesforce for pipeline and revenue forecasting
