You'll be the connective tissue of our entire hiring operation, working directly with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. You'll own recruiting systems and keep data sharp while shaping programs that make our talent function best-in-class. This role offers high visibility and plenty of room to grow.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and manage requisitions in Greenhouse, keeping ATS organized.
• Create and maintain interview plans and candidate-facing materials.
• Prepare offer letters, NDAs, and recruiting documentation.
• Coordinate onsite and virtual interview schedules across teams.

📋 Requirements

• Recruiting coordination and process execution skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort with data, reporting, and process documentation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with sourcing on LinkedIn and other tools.
• Support for talent programs like Co-Op or HR Leadership Program.
• Knowledge of ATS integrations and process improvements.
