💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the principal legal advisor to the Executive Medical Director, CEO, and Board of Directors of a physician-led medical group in the Pacific Northwest. You'll lead the modernization and transformation of the legal function to support great healthcare delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise on corporate governance and fiduciary duties
• Lead strategic transactions and affiliations
• Oversee contracts including payer and provider agreements
• Manage legal operations and outside counsel

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of legal experience with healthcare focus
• JD from accredited law school
• Eligible to practice in Oregon and Washington
• Experience advising executive leaders and boards

• Experience with healthcare regulatory law
• Knowledge of telehealth and emerging care models
