Description

You'll lead the technical win for high-stakes, complex deals by architecting solutions that integrate with clients' tech stacks, acting as a trusted advisor. You'll prototype and ship improvements to Klaviyo's platform based on customer engagements, using AI and automation to scale your impact.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales with enterprise deal experience
• 4+ years across modern development stacks (Python, JavaScript, Node.js, React, REST APIs, SQL)
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Codex, Claude Code) and emerging patterns like MCP
• Strong domain knowledge in marketing automation, CDPs, eCommerce systems, or analytics
• Deep technical mastery of Klaviyo's platform and ability to coach experienced engineers

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy for complex 6-7 figure deals with minimal oversight
• Host technical workshops aligning solutions to business outcomes
• Architect and execute Proof of Value plans to achieve technical selection
• Collaborate with R&D to shape product roadmap and contribute to SA Learning Library
• Prototype solutions and build proof-of-concepts demonstrating differentiation
