• Greet and interact with guests professionally and warmly
• Provide directions and manage guest flow throughout the attraction
• Admit ticket holders using wireless terminals
• Load guests into elevators and manage traffic at high-visibility areas

• Outgoing personality with passion for guest service
• Consistent professionalism and polished demeanor
• Strong communication skills in English
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
