🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and improve recommendation system algorithms for personalization
• Partner with product managers to define personalization success criteria
• Develop features and models for prediction market relevance
• Collaborate with engineers on scalable feature pipelines and ranking systems
• Design and run experiments to evaluate model impact on engagement

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building recommendation systems in customer-facing products
• Proficient in Python and SQL with ML systems experience
• Experience with experimentation methods and causal inference
• Ability to drive projects from concept through implementation
