You'll join our Customer Care team to support B2B clients with their business travel needs. Your core impact is ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention through proactive problem-solving. You'll use Amadeus GDS to manage bookings and resolve issues.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work in **Amadeus** to support B2B customers with bookings
• Liaise with suppliers and partners to resolve booking issues
• Document customer feedback to refine service delivery
• Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches

📋 Requirements

• Excellent English spoken and written
• Proven Amadeus (or equivalent) GDS experience for Cars, Hotels, and Trains
• Proven Amadeus (or equivalent) GDS experience for flights
• Background working in the business travel industry

• Familiarity with North American business culture
• Experience with another GDS as a plus
