🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality customer support via email, live chat, and other channels
• Troubleshoot technical issues with WordPress, WooCommerce, and hosting environments
• Guide customers on platform features and best practices to achieve goals
• Identify recurring pain points and recommend process improvements
• Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge resources

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with WordPress and/or WooCommerce beyond personal hobby use
• Previous customer support or customer success experience in SaaS or tech
• Strong technical troubleshooting abilities with clear communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal English and ability to work independently remotely
