You'll oversee financial operations for both our Libertyville Honda and Highland Park Acura dealerships, leading a team to ensure accuracy and compliance. Your core impact is optimizing profitability through financial planning and internal controls.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee all financial aspects including accounting and financial reporting.
• Manage financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with department managers to monitor expenses and profitability.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of automotive dealership accounting experience.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proficiency in dealership accounting software (CDK/ADP) and Microsoft Excel.

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA or CMA certification.
• Experience with CDK or ADP preferred.
