💼 About This Role

You'll lead strategic relationships with critical 3PL and food logistics partners, serving as the subject matter expert on their operations. You'll drive revenue growth and operational excellence by defining strategies and directing cross-functional teams. This role sits at the intersection of commerce and operations, offering high impact on a mission-driven team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own client relationships and contract P&L for key accounts
• Lead contract negotiations and revenue growth opportunities
• Provide strategic direction to TPMs and Operations teams
• Present KPIs and executive reporting in business reviews

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in client-facing role in technical environment (3PL, contract packaging, supply chain)
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, etc.)
• Food/beverage manufacturing or cold chain logistics experience required
• Commercial acumen with experience in quoting, contracts, and P&L
