You'll manage the document content for a high-growth D2C automation product, working at the intersection of CMS, PDF preparation, and structured content. You'll take ownership of building fillable PDF forms and modular agreement content using Adobe Acrobat and Payload CMS. This role offers the chance to shape a product used by hundreds of thousands globally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and format official PDF forms with proper fields and validations
• Build modular content blocks and conditional logic in Payload CMS
• Manage versioning, taxonomy, and metadata across the library
• Collaborate with legal and engineering teams on content accuracy

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in content operations or technical content management
• Strong hands-on experience with Payload CMS content modeling
• Expertise in Adobe Acrobat for fillable PDF form preparation
• Logical thinking to break complex documents into modular blocks and rules

• Experience with legal, tax, or administrative documents
• Familiarity with conditional logic or document automation tools
• Background in D2C SaaS or LegalTech products
