• Write engaging community content like contributor spotlights and project showcases.
• Be an active daily presence on Discord, welcoming members and planning events.
• Manage and grow social media presence across key platforms.
• Support events and conferences with logistics, promotions, and recaps.

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in community, social media, or communications.
• Demonstrable experience managing social media accounts with real engagement.
• Hands-on experience with Discord server management or community building.
• Experience organizing or running events.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in open source or community-driven organizations.
• Passion for smart homes and automation.
• Experience as a Home Assistant user.
