• Lead and develop a team of User Researchers, setting direction and coaching
• Define the user research strategic agenda in partnership with Design and Product leaders
• Co-create user experience and product strategy with senior stakeholders
• Drive the team's approach to AI-augmented research and responsible adoption

• People management experience with a strong user research background
• Ability to co-create a research roadmap tied to product initiatives
• Understanding of how AI is transforming user research workflows
• Mastery of a broad and deep methodology range with strong judgment
