💼 About This Role

You'll join StepStone's Real Estate Team in Beijing, gaining exposure to private real estate investing across the Asia Pacific region. You'll contribute to investment underwriting and market research that shapes global real estate strategies. This internship emphasizes mentorship and professional development in a collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist in underwriting and assessing prospective fund managers for advisory mandates
• Support evaluation of potential investments and asset management of existing portfolio
• Perform market research using public sources and proprietary databases
• Prepare materials for internal discussions including Investment Committee meetings

📋 Requirements

• Must be able to work legally in China without visa sponsorship
• Currently enrolled undergraduate (Junior or Senior) or Master's student in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• Available to start in September 2026 and commit to full-time internship for minimum three months
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
