🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow up on outstanding insurance claims with payers
• Resolve coding and billing issues using EOBs
• Document all steps taken to resolve patient accounts
• Work daily, weekly, and monthly reports as assigned

• Communication skills verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multitask and prioritize needs
