๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries via email and chat
- Escalate complex issues to technical, product, or legal teams
- Test and implement new support tools and workflows
- Contribute to improving support macros and processes
๐ Requirements
- 3+ months of Customer Support experience
- Fluent English (B2+) for written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail when gathering information for escalations
- Empathy and customer orientation in all interactions

- Zendesk knowledge
- Understanding of support metrics: First Response Time, Resolution Time, CSAT
