You'll be the voice of RiseGuide, handling user requests via email and chat in a shift schedule. You'll dive deep into the product to improve support processes and ensure positive user experiences.   • Handle customer inquiries via email and chat
  • Escalate complex issues to technical, product, or legal teams
  • Test and implement new support tools and workflows
  • Contribute to improving support macros and processes

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ months of Customer Support experience
  • Fluent English (B2+) for written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail when gathering information for escalations
  • Empathy and customer orientation in all interactions

  • Understanding of support metrics: First Response Time, Resolution Time, CSAT
