Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of related experience
• Experience working on Education projects
• Advanced knowledge in discipline and business acumen
• Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Bluebeam

Responsibilities

• Lead and nurture client relationships and develop future opportunities
• Develop project goals, work plans, and manage budget, schedule, and profitability
• Manage design, documentation, and construction implementation
• Mitigate risks and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and QA/QC
• Mentor team members and foster a positive team environment
