  • Manage a scaled book of up to 200 sellers with data-driven prioritization
  • Use AI tools like Salesforce, ChatGPT, and Gong to automate coaching
  • Execute scaled outreach campaigns and monthly education seminars
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Category Leads, Marketing, and Product

  • 3–5+ years in account management, partnerships, client success, or operations
  • Proven ability to manage a large, complex portfolio
  • Advanced organizational and prioritization skills
  • Comfort with AI tools (ChatGPT, Salesforce automation, Gong AI)
