💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of attorneys and support staff in our Chicago office, managing case operations and client service. You'll drive firm-wide efficiency and strategic growth while mentoring legal professionals. This role offers a hybrid work schedule after six months.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and manage attorneys and support staff.
• Oversee case management and client service processes.
• Take the lead in managing high-profile or complex cases.
• Develop and manage budgets and track key performance indicators.

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in Illinois.
• Minimum of 7 years practicing law with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of legal ethics, compliance, and risk management.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in personal injury law, especially commercial trucking cases.
• Defense litigation experience with claims management.
• Business development and client relationship management experience.
