🎯 What You'll Do

  • Execute full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing through offer.
  • Partner with hiring managers on compliant selection practices.
  • Conduct phone screens and present organized candidate slates.
  • Build creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.

📋 Requirements

  • 5 years of corporate full lifecycle recruiting experience.
  • 2+ years of recent technical recruiting experience.
  • Experience with sourcing methods like LinkedIn campaigns and job fairs.
  • Proven track record in metric-driven recruiting environments.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting executive, clinical, or high-volume positions.
  • Background working for a government-contracted organization.
  • Exposure to hiring under the Service Contract Act.
