🎯 What You'll Do
- Execute full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing through offer.
- Partner with hiring managers on compliant selection practices.
- Conduct phone screens and present organized candidate slates.
- Build creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
📋 Requirements
- 5 years of corporate full lifecycle recruiting experience.
- 2+ years of recent technical recruiting experience.
- Experience with sourcing methods like LinkedIn campaigns and job fairs.
- Proven track record in metric-driven recruiting environments.

- Experience recruiting executive, clinical, or high-volume positions.
- Background working for a government-contracted organization.
- Exposure to hiring under the Service Contract Act.
