You'll architect the governed data, knowledge, and skills layer powering analytics, AI agents, and real-time decision systems at Airwallex. You'll own technical execution for data localization strategies and design scalable patterns for regulatory compliance across global markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design scalable patterns for regulatory compliance across global markets.
• Define and implement agent interfaces for AI interaction with data layers.
• Implement Governance-as-Code with automated data lineage and quality controls.
• Lead global data modeling efforts creating unified schemas accommodating regional variance.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing and building large-scale data systems.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks ecosystem including Unity Catalog and Delta Lake.
• Experience implementing semantic layers or metric stores for consistent reporting.
• Experience designing data solutions meeting regional data residency and compliance requirements.

• Experience building APIs or data services for AI/agent systems.
