You'll act as a bridge between AI and customers, jumping into chats when a human touch is needed to close sales. You'll analyze interactions to improve AI scripts and prompts. This role combines sales and AI optimization in a supportive international team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct follow-up calls and provide feedback on AI interactions
• Take over high-priority calls to turn visitors into customers
• Write and refine AI prompts and scripts
• Analyze customer interactions to identify drop-off points and suggest fixes

📋 Requirements

• Sales experience with a proven ability to close deals
• Tech-curious and comfortable tweaking AI behavior
• Problem-solving skills to analyze conversation data
• Adaptability to switch between sales and strategy modes

• Experience with conversational AI tools
• Knowledge of Czech or Slovak languages
