You will lead the strategic design and execution of clinical training curriculum for customer-facing teams, focusing on deep scientific and clinical acumen in oncology. This role involves facilitating training sessions, collaborating with marketing on speaker programs, and ensuring alignment with commercial objectives, with 40% travel required.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (e.g., PhD, PharmD, MD, MSN) with direct clinical experience
• Proven experience in developing and delivering clinical training in oncology or biotech
• Strong understanding of RAS-addicted cancers and targeted therapies
• Ability to travel 40% within the west region
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive multi-tiered training curriculum on tumor biology, clinical acumen, sales and marketing excellence, and leadership development
• Collaborate with field advisory team and stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure curriculum meets business requirements
• Facilitate high-impact training sessions and workshops, ensuring high standard execution and learning objectives met
• Lead and coordinate new hire orientation and training programs for Commercial Team
• Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback and assessments, continuously improving programs
