Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years programming experience, modern stack
• Strong backend expertise in Java, Kotlin, or Scala
• Full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, or infrastructure tools
• Experience with collaborative coding, code reviews, pull requests

Responsibilities

• Lead development, testing, code and design reviews
• Shape architecture and deliver highly available scalable services
• Mentor engineers and support technical culture
• Generate ideas for new initiatives and technologies
