• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes and equipment
• Analyze production processes using first principles physics
• Lead design of experiments for process optimization
• Own machine activation and testing with engineering team

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline
• 1+ years of professional hands-on manufacturing experience

• Experience with electrical test equipment maintenance
• Knowledge of IPC manufacturing standards
• Experience in high volume electronics manufacturing
