Requirements

• Proficient in point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
• Strong interpersonal and team motivation skills
• Experience in retail leadership or similar role
• Knowledge of loss prevention and shrink mitigation
• Ability to handle escalations and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and train team on Steps of Selling
• Drive KPIs including OPH, NPS, SPH, conversion and sales
• Ensure positive customer experience for services like piercing and engraving
• Participate in inventory cycle counts and order fulfillment
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
