Description

As a Staff Product Designer at Make, you will drive visual product direction across strategic initiatives, partner with product and engineering leaders to shape AI-driven experiences, and raise the standard of craft and execution. This role is for a creative leader who originates concepts and influences direction, working hands-on from concept to final polish.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience, with several years in senior or leadership role
• Exceptional craft, visual taste, and attention to detail
• Experience shaping product direction with Product and Engineering leadership
• Ability to define and evolve visual systems for complex surfaces
• Strong communication skills in English
