💼 About This Role

You'll oversee vehicle reconditioning operations at a lean manufacturing facility, ensuring quality and production targets are met. You'll lead up to 70 associates and at least five leads in a continuous improvement culture. This role offers the chance to drive efficiency in a fast-paced automotive environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center
• Mentor and develop supervisory staff and associates
• Ensure adherence to operating standards and performance metrics
• Participate in production planning and capacity management

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience leading and developing associates
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean record
