💼 About This Role

You'll own customer deployments end-to-end for a cutting-edge AI platform serving the commercial insurance industry. You'll configure Cooper AI to agency workflows, partner with engineers on integrations, and drive adoption until usage is real and sticky.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end customer deployments from kickoff through activation.
• Configure skills and automations for specific agency workflows.
• Set up integrations with existing systems and drive user adoption.
• Build relationships with agency owners and translate AI capabilities into value.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in management consulting, technical account management, or enterprise AI/SaaS deployment.
• Outcome ownership: track record of driving complex, multi-stakeholder implementations to go-live.
• Technical fluency: comfort scoping integrations and troubleshooting alongside engineers without coding.
• Strong communication: ability to distill AI systems for executives and translate customer needs to engineering.

✨ Nice to Have

• Degree in CS, Engineering, or Mathematics; MBA a plus.
• Experience in commercial insurance, insurtech, or financial services.
• Familiarity with enterprise integrations, APIs, or data workflows.
