This hybrid role combines high-volume time administration with HR responsibilities while collaborating with Operations, Finance, and union representatives.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage timesheets for union and non-union employees ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Calculate time and pay discrepancies and respond to employee payroll queries
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding including I-9/E-Verify and HRIS setup
  • Process employee status changes and off-boarding tasks in HRIS

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 1 year of payroll processing experience with high-volume (100+ employees)
  • Proficiency with payroll systems (ADP strongly preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of payroll experience in a fast-paced environment
