๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage timesheets for union and non-union employees ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Calculate time and pay discrepancies and respond to employee payroll queries
- Coordinate new hire onboarding including I-9/E-Verify and HRIS setup
- Process employee status changes and off-boarding tasks in HRIS
๐ Requirements
- High school diploma
- 1 year of payroll processing experience with high-volume (100+ employees)
- Proficiency with payroll systems (ADP strongly preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of payroll experience in a fast-paced environment
