You'll lead a small Supply Chain and Export team at a venture-backed robotics scale-up. You'll coordinate all SCM activities from procurement to supplier management, ensuring alignment with operations strategy. This role offers a chance to shape policies and work closely with production, R&D, and finance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate SCM activities with production and R&D
• Lead team of 2 SCM and 2 Export experts
• Manage procurement for defined supplier panel
• Achieve SCM KPIs (Quality/On-Time Performance)

📋 Requirements

• >5 years of Commodity, strategic or Project Buyer experience
• >2 years of leadership experience
• Experience in international logistics, freight forwarding
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably Odoo)

• Experience in similar industry or markets
• Knowledge of certification and regulations (ISO 9001, ISO14001)
