💼 About This Role

You'll be the primary technical expert for Revinate's sales team, supporting complex customer engagements in the hospitality industry. You'll architect and present custom platform solutions, bridging sales and technical teams for successful launches. This remote role requires travel for conferences and client presentations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover business and technical requirements
• Deliver high-quality product demos with clear objectives and success criteria
• Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and InfoSec questionnaires
• Present complex technical architectures to C-level executives

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Solution Engineering or related role
• Expert-level knowledge of the hospitality industry ecosystem (PMS, CRS, CRM)
• Demonstrated mastery in RESTful APIs, webhooks, SSO, and data security
• Ability to present technical solutions to executive audiences

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CDP landscape and related technologies
• Knowledge of Call Center Technology and HTNG API standards
• Previous experience in a SaaS or MarTech environment
