📋 Requirements

• PMP certification
• 10+ years leading projects in engineering or R&D
• Experience with project scheduling and reporting tools
• Experience in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid environments

• Bachelor's in engineering or business
• Knowledge of custom power solution industry
• Experience with Microsoft Planner, Project, and Copilot
