Description

You will work alongside the founding team to deploy AI solutions for enterprise software delivery, immersing yourself in customer workflows and configuring AI agents to scale operations. You'll partner with consulting teams, lead onboarding, and translate field insights into product improvements.

Requirements

• 2-10+ years in consulting, professional services, customer success, or solutions engineering
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with technical concepts, data, APIs, and configuration

Responsibilities

• Meet with customer teams to understand implementation methodology and pain points
• Configure and customize AI agents to match customer workflows
• Lead onboarding and training sessions to ensure team productivity
