You'll drive impact for BrightEdge's enterprise SEO analytics clients by ensuring the platform is tailored to large organizations. You'll build integrated analytics environments that delight customers and support renewal. This role stands out for its focus on advanced AI use cases and cross-divisional training.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Drive business outcomes for enterprise customers by creating integrated SEO analytics environments
  • Understand business requirements and align them to SEO programs spanning data, workflow, and reporting
  • Drive integrations and implementations to completion with stakeholders
  • Run frequent customer sessions independently, setting agendas and executing follow-up

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience managing multiple customer accounts
  • Experience doing discovery of business goals and needs
  • Experience driving technology/platform adoption and usage
  • Experience managing complex integrations

✨ Nice to Have

  • Thorough understanding of digital marketing
  • Working knowledge of SEO
  • Enterprise analytics experience with Tableau/Domo/Power BI
