You'll define, launch, and grow our generative AI platform for nurses, directly improving clinical documentation efficiency. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge clinical conversations and actionable data, driving adoption and impact. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate new product offerings and provide subject matter expertise
• Build and maintain customer relationships, onboarding users and gathering feedback
• Design and recruit a council of trusted nurse advisors
• Develop use case-specific surveys and success metrics
• Evangelize product capabilities through demos and sales collateral

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an RN, preferably inpatient setting
• Experience with electronic record systems (Epic preferred)
• Proven track record of leading initiatives from conception through launch
• Ability to build relationships with front-line staff to executives
