You'll own the maintenance backlog for a consumer-facing loyalty platform, partnering with engineering and support teams to triage and resolve customer-reported issues. You'll coordinate monthly release cycles to ensure smooth, predictable deployments that improve platform reliability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prioritize and manage the maintenance backlog for customer-reported issues.
• Coordinate monthly release cycles including scope alignment and dependency tracking.
• Author release notes and communicate updates to stakeholders and customers.
• Partner with engineering teams to translate requirements into clear user stories.

📋 Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role.
• At least 2+ years as an Agile Product Owner managing backlogs and sprints.
• Experience managing production support and defect triage processes.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with distributed or offshore teams.
• Domain experience in Loyalty or Convenience Retail.
