Description

You will partner with the Chief Product Officer and people leaders to enhance leadership capabilities, provide coaching, drive change management, and ensure adoption of programs. This role is critical in a global, flexible-first, high-growth organization and reports to the Director of People Business Partners for Product and Technology.

Requirements

• 8+ years progressive People Business Partner experience with change management and organizational design
• Experience supporting Product and Technology teams required
• Strong problem-solving, analytical mindset and data-driven approach
• Ability to balance short-term needs with long-term organizational health
• Proven ability to build trusted partnerships and influence VP+ leaders

Responsibilities

• Accelerate business performance by coaching leaders on people matters and aligning talent initiatives
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Talent Acquisition, Development, Total Rewards, and Operations
• Establish executive trust as strategic partner on complex people issues and organizational design
• Elevate leadership effectiveness through coaching on talent strategy and employee experience
• Lead Product and Technology people initiatives like performance management, career planning, and engagement surveys
