🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end cross-functional implementations and project plans
• Evaluate departmental performance via data analysis and metrics
• Interpret and apply new regulations with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate regulatory requests including market conduct exams and NCQA deliverables

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years commensurate experience
• 3+ years in healthcare Utilization Management or health insurance
• 2+ years supporting regulatory compliance activities (MHPAEA, market conduct exams)
• 2+ years end-to-end project management or process improvement experience

✨ Nice to Have

• 2+ years using data software like Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma
