Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years working for U.S. Air Force (industry or government)
- Strong understanding of government procurement, FAR, and capture lifecycle
- Experience writing federal proposals and capturing multi-million-dollar awards
- Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for U.S. Air Force opportunities
- Develop capture plans at strategic and tactical levels
- Create win themes and messaging for customer engagements and proposals
- Translate customer priorities into engineering roadmap inputs
- Lead proposal, white paper, and RFx content development
