💼 About This Role

You'll provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities with flexible scheduling and autonomy. You'll build trust and continuity with vulnerable populations over time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct daily rounding in skilled nursing facilities
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans
• Address acute and emergent patient issues
• Communicate with facility nursing staff via phone or secure messaging

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. license and board certification by ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA
• Qualified specialty in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, or Geriatric Medicine
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
