You'll be the voice of our product, supporting customers with technical and product-related challenges in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You'll become a Ben product expert and use that knowledge to educate and empower customers. This role offers growth and ownership in a supportive startup culture.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and product-related issues
- Become a Ben product expert and educate customers
- Identify trends and escalate complex issues
- Create and maintain Help Centre articles
📋 Requirements
- 1-2+ years of customer service in B2B SaaS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Familiarity with Intercom, Jira, or similar platforms
