You'll be the voice of our product, supporting customers with technical and product-related challenges in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You'll become a Ben product expert and use that knowledge to educate and empower customers. This role offers growth and ownership in a supportive startup culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and product-related issues
  • Become a Ben product expert and educate customers
  • Identify trends and escalate complex issues
  • Create and maintain Help Centre articles

📋 Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of customer service in B2B SaaS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Familiarity with Intercom, Jira, or similar platforms
