Description
You will design and execute clinical biomarker strategies to support early response monitoring, patient stratification, and understanding resistance mechanisms in oncology trials. You will oversee biomarker assay development, analyze data, and contribute to regulatory documents.
Requirements
- PhD in relevant scientific discipline with 3+ years industry experience in clinical biomarkers or translational medicine
- Experience supporting oncology clinical trials with biomarker components
- Familiarity with genomic, transcriptomic and proteomic biomarker platforms
- Experience working with CROs and managing external vendors
- Strong scientific communication skills and cross-functional collaboration
Responsibilities
- Design and execute clinical biomarker strategies for response monitoring, patient stratification, and resistance mechanisms
- Support biomarker implementation in early- and late-stage oncology clinical trials
- Oversee biomarker assay development, qualification, and sample analysis with internal teams and CROs
- Analyze and interpret biomarker data in context of clinical outcomes and present to cross-functional teams
- Contribute to clinical protocols, study reports, and regulatory documents (INDs, IBs, CSRs)
