💼 About This Role

You'll lead Roku's global strategic litigation and IP function, defining litigation strategy and overseeing the full portfolio. You will operate at the intersection of legal strategy and business execution, helping leaders make informed, risk-based decisions. This role reports to the General Counsel and serves as a key advisor on litigation posture and IP strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own Roku's global litigation portfolio end-to-end.
• Define and drive litigation strategy.
• Oversee Roku's IP portfolio including patent strategy.
• Build and implement a repeatable litigation operating system.
• Develop and manage a disciplined outside counsel program.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading complex litigation matters.
• Deep experience managing complex litigation across multiple domains including IP.
• Significant in-house leadership experience (top-tier law firm background is a plus).
• Ability to translate legal risk into business decisions and tradeoffs.
