🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7–9 BDRs through 1:1s and call reviews
  • Drive execution of AE + BDR pod strategy, including account planning and outbound campaigns
  • Monitor pipeline performance metrics such as SQL generation and conversion rates
  • Partner with senior sales leadership on strategy, hiring, and team scaling

  • Prior experience as a BDR/SDR with strong outbound sales experience
  • Previous leadership experience managing or coaching a BDR/SDR team
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline results and coach reps toward quota attainment
  • Strong understanding of key sales metrics (SQLs, conversion rates, pipeline velocity)

  • Fintech or financial infrastructure experience
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Apollo, Orum, or similar sales tech stacks
