You'll lead a team of 7-9 BDRs, driving outbound pipeline generation and coaching excellence in a fast-scaling fintech environment. Your work directly influences revenue growth and team expansion, shaping the next phase of a high-performance outbound engine.
π― What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7β9 BDRs through 1:1s and call reviews
- Drive execution of AE + BDR pod strategy, including account planning and outbound campaigns
- Monitor pipeline performance metrics such as SQL generation and conversion rates
- Partner with senior sales leadership on strategy, hiring, and team scaling
π Requirements
- Prior experience as a BDR/SDR with strong outbound sales experience
- Previous leadership experience managing or coaching a BDR/SDR team
- Proven ability to drive pipeline results and coach reps toward quota attainment
- Strong understanding of key sales metrics (SQLs, conversion rates, pipeline velocity)

- Fintech or financial infrastructure experience
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Apollo, Orum, or similar sales tech stacks
- Experience hiring and onboarding SDR/BDR teams
